About these terms

These terms apply to your use of codepire.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Codepire. You can reach us at [email protected].

Using the site

You’re welcome to browse the site, read and share its articles, and contact us. Please don’t:

  • try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site;
  • copy the site’s content at scale with automated tools;
  • send spam, harmful code or unlawful content through the contact form;
  • pretend to be someone else when you contact us.

Our content

The text, design, graphics and code of this site belong to Codepire unless we say otherwise. You can quote short extracts with a link back to the page. Please ask before copying or republishing anything more than that.

What the information on this site is

Our articles and service pages are general information, not advice for your particular situation. We work to keep them accurate and up to date, but we can’t guarantee they’re complete or current.

Our case studies describe work our engineers did as part of client teams. We describe those clients rather than name them, and each case study says which parts we built. Timelines on this site are typical ranges, not commitments.

Enquiries and projects

Sending us an enquiry doesn’t create a contract or oblige either of us to work together. Any project we take on is covered by a separate written agreement, which we agree with you before work starts.

Links to other sites

Where we link to other websites, we don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Our liability

The site is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t be limited by law.

Your privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
